"The gym equipment is great and up-to-date, and the management that I've interacted with is very friendly. I knew the previous owner, he was a great dude. I'm leaving a one-star review because of the management problems that they have, and it's very difficult to find a resolution. I haven't lived in Lebanon for years (before the 2019 period that is claimed), but it's claimed that I opened an account in 2019, and this was put into collections. I've tried reaching out to the old owner and management, as well as their billing company, and I've never got this taken care of. It still sits on my credit though, as a negative mark. I'm going to attempt a final call in the morning. When/if things change, I will adjust my review accordingly."

"I've been going there for about a year. I love 99% of the staff and love the main personal trainer/instructors. They have a great atmosphere all the people that currently work the desk are friendly and make a great environment there. My only real complaint is that the gym could be cleaned better. If you're looking for a fun motivating atmosphere for a workout, check out their group fittness classes, my personal favs boot camp, yoga, dance2fit, and zumba! But I've herd good things about the rest of the classes too."

"Clean not too crowded. My son with autism works out there 4-6 times a week and loves it. The parking lot is small, especially when they have classes going. I have never had an issue with finding a machine or free weight, you might have to very your routine if you need the bench or a squat wrack, but there are always secondary lifts or cardio while you wait."
