"I have a mixed experience because it was mostly great bike service. I got a new tube for my bike tire, and the attendant raised my seat to take the tire off, but didn't put it back down when giving it back to me. Not a huge deal usually, but I didn't have my tool on me and my ride home is 30 min with bits of hills. With hip issues, It was a seriously unpleasant ride and I'll be keeping my tools on me from now on."

"Thank you Marcus! I was coming to REI to pick up a few things. Unlucky me, I arrived when the store had to close early and had a flat tire on my bike. I asked the person managing the door if they could possibly pump up the tire so I could make it to the nearest bike shop. They went to check in at the bike repair shop, that's when I met Marcus. He kindly went to fill my tire. He came back to let me know I had a really fast leak. Marcus said that although they were closed and I couldn't pay for the intertube, he could donate a new tube to me. I was so grateful to be met with kindness and will happily come back to pay for the tube when the store opens again. That's what I call great customer service!"
