"Was last in the shop last year in November to pick up a rifle I got at an estate sale. Went in to do my background check, which only took a few days due to others waiting, but once it all went through / got approved, Chad called me saying my rifle was ready. I've only been in three times so far because I've done my other transfers elsewhere, but this is by far the best Gun store I've been to in the state! I'll definitely be going back soon! "I walked in and received a cold stare. I assume it's because I am young male who doesn't necessarily fit the gun owner description. Funny thing is that it was the younger employee who was not being so friendly. I asked him a question and he didn't even look at me when he responded with his cold short response. A customer who was shopping ended up helping me instead. I go to Coastal Farm and Ranch now for all guns and ammo supply. They are very friendly and helpful there."

"These guys are great. Pay no mind to the few negative reviews left by people who are easily offended by imaginary slights. I have an autoimmune disorder, and when it flares up, it’s hell for at least a month or two. Just prior to having it kick up again, I had a pistol sent to them for the transfer. It took me the better part of three months to be able to get up and out again. During that time, I sent an email apologizing for my extreme tardiness for getting my firearm, and even sent a message telling them they could sell it if they wanted and I wouldn’t say a word about it as ultimately, they’re a business not gun safe. Fast forward three months, had another firearm shipped to them. Went in to fill out the paperwork, and guess what. The first firearm I had delivered was still there. No one said a word about my inconveniencing them, or acted annoyed at all. These are good down to earth people who are extremely understanding and patient. Let the negative reviews fall out of your mind because they’re absolutely and quite simply, unfounded."
