"I was in the market for a new touring bicycle and discovered this company after talking with a person on the bike trail about his bike. After I discovered a crack in my major manufactures bike frame, I decided to call the company about getting a Deschutes. They were very helpful and even let me schedule a appointment and they connected me store and let me come to their HQ get sized up and test ride a bike or two. The quality of their products are amazing! Smooth even welds and some of the best paint jobs I have ever seen on bikes. I have owned several bikes in my life. Everything from high end mountian bikes to several off the shelf touring bikes. These were some of the best touring bikes I have ever riden in my life! Update: After a riding it enough to need to replace the chain/cassette a couple of times and having to replace the crankset once. I still believe this Co-Motion Pangea is the best bike I have ever purchased. My Co-Motion Pangea bike has held up better then any off the peg touring bikes I have purchased so far. They charge a high price, but exceed the price in value provided. I am very happy with the purchase. I do wish the company looked into powder coating instead of painting the biked. I believe its more eco-friendly, but then again you would get less color options. I have been riding it to work fully loaded this Pangea has been one great machine. This is a amazing company to work with. Thank you Co-Motion!"
"I wanted to give them a 5* rating but I have to say that the paint job is a big negative. I'm pretty careful with my bike to guard against nicks and dings, some are definitely inevitable, but this bike not only had soft paint when it was shipped, but it has continued to be vulnerable to practically every surface contact. Bike fit and function are really good but the finish is a huge disappointment ."
"I purchased my new Co-Motion touring bike in 2019. It is the best bike I’ve ever ridden! But more importantly, the expert staff and owner always make me feel like I’m part of the Co-Motion family!"
"I bought a Co-Motion Divide with the Pinion 18 speed in 2019, two years ago. My experience with Co-Motion has been exceptional. I went to Eugene to the factory to visit as a final step before making a decision. It’s something I highly recommend if you’re going to buy the bike. I made some decision changes after talking with them personally and riding several of the bikes with different features. I have not been disappointed. The bike is a design example of form and function melded into one. I’ve now had a couple of thousand miles of touring and a couple of thousand more miles of just day rides and the bike sill rides like the day it was new. It is in fact my choice over a lighter CF bike just because it’s so darn comfortable. The service is exceptional. Ethan especially has been there to answer questions and make some fine adjustments two years later on a drop by. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed."
"I am not one to routinely write reviews however I feel compelled to share my experience with the purchase of my new Siskiyou Co-Motion bicycle. From my first phone call to Co-Motion to my eventual return home to Florida the experience was exceptional. Ethan, my salesperson was profoundly knowledgeable and beyond helpful from the initial call to delivery. He was spot on with his recommendations of both the correct bike and options. Ethan was always available to take my calls and answer questions that would arise during the process. Dwan, the founder of Co-Motion and design expert worked with me to determine the best geometry for my size and touring aspirations. When I arrived at the Co-Motion factory to take delivery Ethan was there to meet me. He pointed over to my bike sitting on the side of their showroom floor. The workmanship and attention to detail was immediately apparent. On my test drive the bike performed flawlessly. I spent two days riding in the beautiful Oregon countryside. When it was time to return home the folks (Brian) at Co-Motion helped me learn how to properly pack the bike in its travel suitcase. I cannot say enough about the people and the quality products Co-Motion Cycles offers. If you are thinking about a custom-built bike, please give Co-Motion a call. You will not be disappointed."
