"Had to file for another fraud charge when I hadn't used my card in weeks. Things happen, people with scanners walk around I understand. What I can't understand and can't dismiss is not being issued another debit card after having to cancel my last one simply because I'm broke in this horrible economy. If you did your job I wouldn't be broke and I'd have the money but you can't. Being spat in my face simply because your company can't protect my account is inexcusable. I will be moving my accounts and handling to Clackamas community credit where I won't be treated like dirt because I'm not rich."

"The worst place ever. Very very unprofessional and rude sets of people in here. I had a horrible experience for the second time here with the tellers and one girl that looks like the teller ladies boss. Very rude and doesn’t lady with mean face when she’s talking to you. No sense of humor at all from most of those workers and they are super duper unprofessional. There way of talking was very unprofessional as well. Dumb skulls. They don’t even care they were keeping me waiting for good 3 hours with their stupid mistake they did on transaction. This place is absolute nonsense and it’s trash is all I can say."

"The issue I have with OnPoint is the fact that their Visa card takes days to show a payment has been made, it is not an overnight or immediate transaction as it is with transfers to and from checking or savings. For instance, if you transfer money from another account to make a payment to Visa on a Saturday, it doesn’t show up until Tuesday, or Wednesday. if there’s a holiday, or make a payment on Monday, it doesn’t show until Wednesday. Why does it take days?"

"I used to be a member when it was Portland Teachers Credit Union and it was great. I have been a member of Onpoint for around 10 years and I have watched them change from the credit union I used to know to a much more ambitious bank. I use the term "bank" because it feels to me like that is what they aspire to become. They are going through a huge expansion by replacing Chase in the Fred Meyer stores. They have become much meaner in enforcing penalty fees and punitive policies when the industry trend is going in the opposite direction. Go ahead and become like the big banks and cause you founders to roll over in their graves. I will find a real community credit union to join."

"Terrible experience. I went into the Milwaukie branch to ask some questions about an auto/business loan. Maddie was not helpful and definitely not personable. All she did was push me to do an application(which I could have done myself), this was a complete waste of time. I would expect somebody with their own office to be able to explain loan options and try to help the customer in any way possible. I told her that I could put like 20% down and she told me that it didn't matter unless I get approved. She let me know that I have an 800+ credit score, but I knew by her attitude that I wasn't getting approved."
