"Just another wheelie bow shop! Didn't see a single long bow or recurve in the entire joint!"

"A bow was purchased for my son as a gift by a friend of ours. You guys as well as eastern outfitters have been terrible to deal with. My son’s bow malfunctioned & your company as well as eastern outfitters in Jacksonville, NC have refused to up hold the warranty & said it was his fault that the bow malfunctioned. I was warned about Diamond Archery as well as Bowtech that you guys would be shady when it comes to warranty issues but I decided to give you guys the benefit of the doubt & decided to go with you guys when asked what bow to get for my son because of the warranty you guys offered. Well I guess those individuals warning me about your company may have been correct. I will be paying for the limbs so my son can have his bow for his hunters safety team competition. I will assure of this I will make sure to tell everyone at the Hunters Safety Competition in Castle Hayne, NC to not purchase bow from you guys because of your poor customer service as well as your poor communication on the issue. I have been nothing but disappointed with your company on your customer service, communication & your ability to take action on the issue in a timely manner. Hopefully you will at least have the integrity to get the limbs to eastern outfitters in a timely manner so my son can have it for the competition."
"Jason went above and beyond to assist me with an order after a freak accident left the card information incorrect. He looked in every spot and finally, like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat, it was there!! He updated the card info form me and made sure I was taking care of. Diamond Archery will always have my business."
"I bought a Diamond Core bow about 2 years ago, pretty good bow until it broke on me. The bow has a lifetime warranty so I took it to the dealer I bought it from and he asked if I registered it online and I told him I did so he called and ordered parts. 2 weeks went by and nothing came so he called to check on the parts. They told him they could not find me where I registered my bow so I needed to call them so I did. I talked to customer service and she was friendly to start. I explained to her I had indeed registered my bow and after 10 minutes of searching she found me by my Email. So my bow was registered. She asked what happened and I told her, then she said it would not be covered under warranty. It was owner error of not checking over bow before shooting it for loose parts. I have bowhunted and shot bows for 25 years and I know how to check over a bow. I explained to her it was no way is my fault and the bow should be covered under warranty. Finally after she upset me she said "Well we will warranty it this time!" She said the parts would be at my dealer in 5 business days. 15 days later the parts showed up at the dealer. I needed a cable and a cam to repair my bow. The parts received were a string and a cam. Not the right parts. So my bow is still broke and because of their run around they have given me and sending the wrong parts I am going to miss this whole bow season. 11 days left in this season and I do not see the parts miraculously showing up in time. Lifetime warranty is lifetime warranty not limited lifetime warranty. I was looking forward to this season because I have been fighting cancer the previous 2 seasons and this is how I get treated by Diamond and Bowtech Archery! So please consider this before you choose to buy. I would give a zero but the bow was shooting pretty good before it broke. Just pride in customer service is subzero! Update: October 31 last day of bow season. I have talked to Diamond Archery again a week ago they said my part would be in last weekend and of course they failed again. No part, no bow season, no meat on the table. Ashley at Bowtech/Diamond needs a refresher course on customer service. I WILL NEVER buy another bow from them and I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau.I DO NOT recommend you buy from Diamond or Bowtech Archery. I have the proof if you want to see it and hear about it!"
