"Thought this was a branch I was going to until I arrived and saw it was just an ATM. Put that in the description so this doesn't happen to others. Thanks for wasting my time...."
"Always excellent service and great friendly environment. Braxton and Cady are amazing, funny, and super helpful, as is the rest of the team. Always such a pleasure."
"Great experience working with the team at this location. They helped me with a loan on a new travel trailer."
"I have been going to this branch once a week with large deposits, often 20-30 checks a week for the last 4 months as part of a new job. The tellers are ALWAYS kind and patient (even when I've come in last minute, sorry!) I actually opened an account after the first few visits, and I had been with my previous bank for 13 years! My personal transactions are no where near as complicated but I am well cared for every time. Please keep up the great work!"
"I have never had anything but amazing experiences at OnPoint branches. I’m not sure if because this branch is new, kinks are getting worked out, but we have had horrible experiences here and it has made me and family members consider switching banks. The tellers are always very friendly and helpful, but only with smaller transactions like withdrawals. If you’re looking for help with your account, a trust done, or anything more pressing of that nature, do not expect to be taken care of. It’s worth the drive to go to Wilsonville or Lake O. I PROMISE you. Don’t waste your time here for issues other than a quick deposit or withdrawal."
