"I usually receive decent customer service but seriously what's the deal with the hours. Monday though Friday 9 to 5. Some of us in this world work those same hours. I have to take time off work now to go to the bank. Some things must be done in the bank and cannot be done online. Used to be open till 6pm and half day on Saturday."

"When I arrived in Salem about 4 years ago, I made this my home Bank. I found that they were not the nicest of persons. I then went to the bank at Fred Meyer's. They treated me with respect and was courteous. Of course, they closed. I returned to this one and found them very efficient and willing to help me with my difficulty in hearing. I needed help from the manager on a personal issue and he was more than willing. It has not been easy for anyone with the Covid problem and all. We need to be good to each other."

"My husband went in to deposit a check into my account. The staff, PARTICULARLY TROY, were disgustingly rude and discriminatory to my husband. Not only did he not offer to help my husband with the withdrawal or opening an account, but he also began to get nasty when my husband was just trying to inquire post deposit. I've been to this chase a handful of times because everytime, I have only ever been disappointed. They need to re-staff every person there with people who want to be employed. Every time i need to go to that chase, until I see new staff or different service due to my husband's treatment, I will write a review with everyones name who helped me. Everytime they have been rude to me, that's fine. Don't screw with my loved one, TROY made my husband feel awful. My husband was not allowed to complete the transaction which was fine. He had no problems with that. It was when he started to ask TROY questions about banking and options that TROY got rude and couldn't be bothered anymore. He didn't offer help, didn't even bother answering the questions. He lacked respect and should be employed somewhere else. I think McDonald's pays about the same and he'd get to keep his nasty attitude. But even McDonald's has good service and employee standards. I don't think he meets those. I go to the chase on State st. They know me there, i have NEVER had a negative experience. I've never had a positive experience at this chase. Hopefully they get some new staff. I'll be back in there today to share my review with them"
