I was nervous to get my ring cleaned and resized since I didnt have my OG receipt with my careplan, thankfully Kim and Nancy were there to help me. They helped me with everything I was nervous about. My partner even got what she wanted cleaned and resized. They were very helpful with all of our questions. I will definitely be returning here with them. Great customer service."

"Update: After realizing I was given the quote I said I was, Matt, the supervisor, decided to honor it. I picked up the jewelry & paid the $85.00. All in all none of us are happy from the experience. Did they lose money? Yes. Did they lose a customer? Definitely. Take your jewelry to a jeweler you can speak to directly about what you want & make sure you get the quote in writing! Buyer beware if needing repair work done. It's not done on site but you don't get to talk to the repair guy. I took in 6 items for repair. They quoted $85.00 for 5 of the items. I went back today to pick everything up, the one item not having been repaired & now the price was $205.00! I didn't pay because that's not what I agreed to. The managers solution is to unrepair everything supposedly back to it's original condition where I can pick it up next week. Classic bait & switch."

"I have gotten most of my jewelry there and the quality is amazing and the lifetime guarantee plan is really worth getting. I don't get my jewelry anywhere else. The quality is so much better than Kay or Jared. And I recently went in and was able to get a ring like I had several years ago that was stolen replaced for almost half of what I originally paid. The first picture is my London Blue Topaz and the second is my wedding set. (They need to be cleaned.)"
