"Looking at the negative reviews from over a year ago I thought “oh surely they must have cleaned up their act by now.” They haven’t. The store is just a pile of boxes. There’s a space heater on the floor. This place is gonna burn down one day. I would put money on it. But I bet the owners think this is “concerning to hear!”"

"Staff is absolutely rude for no reason. It’s 10:30 and there’s a line outside…. Based on neighbors and reviews they’re never open on time or close early. If you’re in this business you should be steady and friendly. Open a strip club if you to run a business the way you do. I am now late for work tho in g this would be a quick trip. UGH! Sign says “proudly owned and operated by a member of your community.” Apparently not."

"Sign on the door says they open at 10:00 a.m. (online says 9 AM) and it's 10:25 on a Friday morning and the door is still locked. Called them three times with no answer and unable to leave a message (mailbox is FULL). Several people waiting outside for the store to open. Extremely unreliable and disappointed."

"Franchise shop, owners are never there during posted open hours. When they are there, they suck. Very poor customer service. Packages stacked haphazardly to the ceiling. Store is extremely dirty. UPS Corporate needs to shut this store down, as the owner/manager is abusing customer packages. Go to the UPS Store on SW 5th"

"By far the worst UPS location I've been into. There were packages piled everywhere..it was extremely messy and disorganized. On top of that, there was NO ONE in the store. I waited a few minutes, tried yelling out several times to see if anyone was there and not a single employee came out. Turned out to be a good thing because I would not have felt comfortable leaving any package here anyway. This was the middle of the day, all the lights were on and the door was open...someone could have easily walked in and stolen everything. First and last time going to this location."
