"I was NOT happy with the fact I set aside 2 hours for this company, only to find out that this location was CLOSED today! You guys need to update your website! It is beyond frustrating having to put aside plans and obligations so that one can do business with your company, only to find out it was wasted! I rely on the bus for my transportation. I figured I'd spend the time I had left after getting off the bus to grab myself lunch before heading over to here for my appointment. Come to fund out, lights off, door locked and closed sign up. Thanks for wasting my time and day."
"I have used H&R block for 12 years and had a few issues in the past. This year everything from the scheduling process to the personnel was terrible. Poor attitudes, no communication, errors.
