"October 2020, Customer service seems to be lacking... Doesn't seem like much gets done around here in the city of echo. Although to be fair, I did complain about a water heater sometime in late 2019 and they did get it replaced and a new one, and they did get a new shower curtain rod after i complained that the one that was in there kept on falling off and hitting me in the head. All in all, not to bad, could be better."
