"Management is great! Ally is super communicative, friendly and easy to get along with. She supports the residents and makes sure we have what we need. Highly recommend Foothills. The apartments are bright, sunny, clean, with great views. The neighbors are all friendly and people are respectful with their pets and others property. It feels like a community. Bonus, the walking trails and creek are super close by. The entire neighborhood is filled with trees and nice homes. It’s hilly, lush, green and great for people who love nature. I love that we are between the mountain and Portland. The best of both. 10/10 would recommend renting from Foothills."

"I can not emphasize enough how absolutely wonderful Ally is. Move-in was seamless and Ally’s been incredibly helpful every step of the way. I’m so happy I chose to live at Foothills. The property is immaculate, peaceful, and surrounded by trails and trees. If there’s ever an issue, I know I can count on Ally to handle it with grace. Living here is exceeding my expectations and I have Ally to thank. I would recommend this property to anyone. Everyone is friendly and it feels like a true community."

"We moved in 5 months ago and have loved it here overall, very nice apartment, small bedrooms but really good sized main areas which is more important to me. The main bathroom has so much storage and the closet on the patio is huge! They have amazing management, Ally is the best! We love the location being so close to everything but the hill and the trees make it it feel like you are more in the woods than the city. The only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because their parking situation if you have more than one car isn’t great. If you are on the back end you won’t have any issues with this but if you are on the end closest to the entrance, there are only 3 non-numbered spots and if those are full, which they almost always are, then you have to park clear down on the opposite end of the complex."
