"i am giving 5 stars because this is my very first apartment and i ADORE it very much! i moved up to Portland for college and i found windsor manor on accident! the manager was extremely kind, personable, and helpful for my roommate and i; she helped make the process very smooth and anxiety-reducing! the apartment complex itself is extremely clean and family-friendly, the apartment itself is gorgeous - i am SO happy i chose to live here."

"It's ok. Nothing special...just a place to live. Some times it's crazy here...The cops come a lot but it's mostly just family infighting. Decent apartments well maintained by a really great apartment manager. John makes sure everyone is being decent neighbors. He takes care of problems pretty fast. He doesn't get paid enough for the bs he deals with I'm sure. Residents are litter bugs and don't pick up after their animals. There are a few families that let their kids terrorize other kids and the parents could care less. No robbery or vandalism really. No murders or rapes out here. I guess at 165th that's pretty decent as this area has a bad reputation. Rent is fair and you can get a washer/dryer in your apartment cheap as hell. I would recommend to a friend as long as they are urban types...not for scared people afraid of extreme diversity. The schools are meh out here. Centered mostly around teaching kids english. 35 minutes to downtown via blue line...riders beware... blueline past gateway can be...nuts."
