"I was so happy to move in to Sienna lofts, then cockroaches came out of the cupboards I was terrified I had to move out. Please check your new apt well before renting . I hope they get the bug problem taken care of ."

"The place was super nice inside! But the walls are very thin -enough to hear the neighbors TVs going during the day if I didn’t turn anything on my own tv. Also had to kill an overwhelming amount of fat spiders while living there. The neighbors have all been very angry people too, like very rude and angry. This random lady was yelling at me saying that she’s told me not to park in her spot before yada yada yada, but I’ve never met/seen/interacted with her in my life. Anyone who is THAT angry at 6am hates their life. I even tried to explain that I was moving out (and I was only going to take only 10 more minutes) and she still kept yelling at me. She parks in #75 so beware of that crazy woman."

"We lived here from 2018 to 2021 and had a good experience. Maintenance and minor concerns were promptly addressed and everyone was kind!"

"This is the worst place you can live. The management is never in the office, they show up when ever they want. They don’t fix any issues that may arise. They guarantee that it’s a quiet complex. That is a lie. The walls are very thin you can hear everything your neighbors are doing to the side of you and above if you live on the bottom floor. There are no amenities here. You pay for everything. Living on Stark is noisy you have cars and motorcycles racing back and fourth all the time. The parking lot lighting is very dim and usually covered by tree limbs, you have homeless individuals rummaging through the dumpsters on a daily basis cars have been broken into gas has been siphoned out of cars. Management does care about you. They care about their rent only."

"I’m not totally sure why this apartment has such bad reviews because I had a great experience at Sienna Lofts. I did have a unit in the back off the street so it was peacefully quiet. That might make the difference. Of course I could hear my neighbors every once in a while because the walls are pretty thin but nothing crazy irritating. Shady was always super helpful and informative so I appreciate that! All the appliances were newer, I loved the kitchen! Also, there is guest parking so that’s cool. I honestly wish I could of stayed and I actually miss the apartment compared to the one I live in now. The only reason I left was because I wanted a little garage for a new car I just bought. There seemed to be an increase of theft in the parking lot so watch what you keep in your car.. but I would definitely recommend this place as far as comfort in living."
