"Quantum Residential has improved this property immensely since taking over management. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. Windows, doors, and paneling have been refurbished, attention to upkeep has improved, and the noise and undesirable traffic has decreased. Overall this is an affordable property with an acceptable environment."

"After a 924. Deposit. Moved to unit. With. Damages inhabitable living conditions with. No water heater. Electrical problems Dish washer still not replaced. Cut up countertop s. Which they stated was inspected. Broken blinds. Screen s. They handed me a maintenance sheet. A waiting Never had I moved in to an apartment that needed so much work. Still awaiting. Thank you"

"Haven’t been able to pay online in over 5 months. Every month they say it’ll be soon. The units don’t come with pantry/ closet/ washroom doors. Very frustrating when you have children and or a pet. Haven’t have issues with maintenance thought they have always been super fast and helpful. When moving in you may not realize they have two lots that you can be placed in so be aware to check both sides to see if you like it since you may end up in an area you hadn’t even seen. The office is randomly closed and one time I went into the office during what is listed as their OPEN hours and the person behind the desk told me they didn’t realize I was able to walk in and the door should have been locked. This was an hour in to them being open so it wasn’t like they should be on a break at that time. Otherwise it’s cheap rent and they know it you get what you pay for."

"Our oven has been broken for 3 days, made a request for repairs; have not been contacted yet. Office is always closed when I show up with a be back at (insert time) and are always late coming back at said time. The only apartment complex I have lived where the office is closed during the middle of the business hours. Trash compactor is always broken or overflowing with garbage. Theft is abundant and people slam their car doors into your car. Update: oven was broken for almost 3 months before getting repaired. Edit it took almost 4 months for the element on our oven to be fixed. Also I had my bike stolen off my second floor balcony. Also recently there have been a few shootings in the complex."

"I've lived in the complex since September 2012. I lived in a 4 bedroom with 3 roommates for a couple of years, and now live on the other side of the complex by the office in a 2 bedroom townhouse. A new management team has taken over and along with that, the outsides have been renovated and the property is now smoke-free, including parking lots. My biggest issue is with maintenance orders not being completed in a timely manner. The trash area is always gross because people don't actually put their bags into the garbage compactor, but they just hired 2 grounds people specifically to fix this problem so hopefully it is handled soon. That being said, I've never had anything stolen, my car has never been broken into or keyed. My neighbors are quiet and friendly, the neighborhood children move out of the way when you drive by, and I like 90% of the office staff. It's been a decent place to stay."
