"I had a great experience here years ago. However, ownership was transferred near the end of my residency, and to a company who is problematic with several properties. The ownership is the problem here."
"They will try to scam you and overcharge you at every chance. Make sure you know your rights and read your contracts. Just look at the Photos and Tour section on their site and then look at the actual unit. Completely different! Old, cheap carpet yet their site shows like all is brand new. Lies! How they show fake photos for inside the units is crazy. They just evicted a ton of people due to hardship with Covid stuff and now they are raising prices. Maybe a year ago a 1 bedroom was less than $1000. Slumlords. Beware."
"I lived here for a year and it was pretty good. The neighborhood is sketchy but the apartments are nice. My 2 bed 1 bath was a decent price. The manager Alina was pretty quick to respond to anything that I had questions about or needed help with. She’s really friendly and was pretty good about communicating with me. I only had a couple maintenance requests over the year and they were handled great and really quick, Joe is an amazing maintenance guy. The laundry kind of sucks here and sometimes parking is not fun but other than that i really liked the apartments and I think a lot of great improvements are coming."
"They’re the most scandalous management ever. I was there almost 5 years and they kept coming up with reasons why I owed money for someone breaking in their rent boxes, claimed I never paid water & sewage, house almost broken into, mail box broke into, car broke into, license plates stolen, remolded the outside which in return messed up the inside, went through 8 different managers within those 5 years (4 in one year). Came up with every excuse not to pay my deposit back plus claimed that I didn’t pay a whole month of rent that supposedly happened in 2018 but I moved out in 2021. Please don’t rent from this property management you’ll be screwed over as well. Maintenance guy is cool other then that Executive 1801 sucks, BIG TIME!!"
"Okay. I never write reviews but, I wanted to share what my experience was like just applying for this property. First of all, I put in an application on 3/6. I spoke with them over the phone, gave them all my sensitive information, paid the application fee and did not hear back from them until 3/22. After 3/22, I was finally charged for my application fee. They then started screening me. They do not get back to you when they say they will. They make promises that they then break. The screening company that they use are very rude and blame everything that is told to future tenants on the apartments when in reality if the information is coming from the property management, wouldn't it be due to their policies? Just a big huge waste of time. Not worth the irritation. Look somewhere else."
