"First time living in an apartment and I don't like it here. I feel like I don't have privacy. Kids scream at the top of their lungs, dogs barking a lot. They do allow 3 pets which is nice. Neighbors are nice and quiet though. Very expensive for what you get. Has a washer/dryer but no ac for summer and you NEED one. It gets super hot, especially in the upper apartments. Very small and cramped feeling compared to our old 950 sqft house. I think these are more like 650 sqft. Absolutely NO STORAGE. No linen closet, no pantry and the bathroom is so tiny you can't even put a shelving unit in there to hold your towels. The kitchen has THREE upper cupboards (plus a half one above sink), TWO lower cupboards, and TWO drawers. The storage space is a joke, there's no room for dishes, pots, pans, food, and towels. The drywall is so thin and weak you can't even hang stuff over half a pound without it falling down. Don't even think about ceiling hooks. And you can't even put up curtains because the windows are just inches from the ceiling and wall so there's no room for a curtain rod unless it's off center. I can't wait to move. The incentives to move in were nice, but not worth 1500 a month. Too bad houses up here are like 2000 a month+"

"I wish this place had a pool but other than that not a bad place to visit. If you have friends or family that live here otherwise enter at your own risk"

"This place will tow your vehicle even if you are a resident and forgot to put a parking pass on your dash. This place also shuts off the water constantly for maintenance. My first two days here I spent getting harassed by my next door neighbor and no matter how much I informed management they expected me to present proof in the moment of my conflict with said neighbor. This place is not worth the stress of 1525 a month."

"We lived there 3 years and also paid our rent always on time. We gave a 45 day move out notice. We moved out in August. We had a clean final walk thru and still have not gotten our security deposit returned even though Oregon only allows a 45 day limit to return deposits"
