"The onsite manager is really rude and she harasses only the black tenants lived there for 2 years worst experience of my life.my mail was stolen they went in my hm when I was working they talked to every vistor I had they tried to get my cars towed . if u are of colored and experienced discrimination and rude behavior for no reason please report the onsite manager it is not fair to colored people to get harassed for no reason.. we should not have to deal with eviction due to our color."

"Looks to me like the angry tenant that made us all miserable for months has worked to get bad reviews for this complex and manager. We have lived here for 2.5 years and love it. The management company is responsive and the onsite manager is a dream to work with! I've lived several places and I've never had an onsite manager work so hard to keep the complex clean, safe, and secure. We have great neighbors and we are only about 2 blocks away from Max. Each apartment has an assigned parking space but parking for a 2nd car can be rough depending on the time of day."

"ZERO RATING! Private owner. Will charge you for everything, every nail in the wall, every dust particle. They will make you pay for carpet cleaning, as written in the lease, for painting the entire apartment even though not written in contract, and every repair and cleaning bill will be at your expense. The owners will make sure to cover all the costs of the turning of the apartmet for the next resident from your deposit. Total fraud!! Property manager is biast, takes things personally and does not enforce the rules on the residents she favors. If you complain about anything she will hate you and punish you for it. You will be discriminated against and harassed until they raise your rent to force you to move out. If she does not like you, she will make your living here hell. This is the WORST place I have ever lived at. No professionalism, harassment, discrimination, bias, no privacy. It's like living with your in-laws, who hate you, in their home."

"I lived in this apartment for six months only, carpet and hardwood floor was new, wall was painted, I left everything clean as it was. Only four small blinds were broken. What I want to say is don't expect any amount of money back from your security deposit, I have never seen greedy, selfish and lier people like that, another thing if you have more than one car no place to park, the good thing is surrounding is clean and max station is near by if you can use public transport."
