"Love these apartments every neighbor is chill and and these apartments are quite"
"It's not a very safe place if you ask me"
"Honestly if you have another choice, don’t live with Relay Resources, especially Vine Maple. The kids who live here have no parental guidance and refuse to behave. They continuously harass tenants and the office never does anything about it. Multiple adults have threatened us with physical violence, and the kids try to break windows. No one respects quiet hour times and the police stopped showing up for complaints. There is no assigned parking and parking is limited to a first come first serve basis, but there is not enough parking for all tenants. This means you have to park on the street, and of course everyone’s car gets broken into if you do that. But hey, if you like the sound of children banging against the window and screaming at 2am for 6 hours straight, and have the staff do nothing about it, this is the place for you!"
"If you have another choice I would take it. Living here is a joke they don't care about the tenants they don't take care of the property and they are bias it's not a safe environment and when you try to say something to them they just brush it off. You will be lucky if you get your mail here as well bottom line if I could afford to move I would because in the year I have been here it had only gotten worse and now I have been approved for a reserved parking space but unlike the rest of the tenants I have to be put on a waiting list and I truly have a medical reason why I need one. So that is what I mean about them being biased they don't care about the tenants or their safety at all they care about is the rent being paid and that's it. Bottom line this company is a joke"
"Do not park here, even if you're visiting a friend or family member, the manager will call the tow company on you right away. Terrible to be towed when you're dealing with a family emergency, many spaces that were open, the manager must have been bored. Cost me 300 dollars and a headache. Hopefully one day you have a emergency and you deal with the same. Shame on YOU!!! ****And just a update after your reply: the tow company let me know that YOU called it in to be towed. Plenty of parking open, so you must take pleasure watching cars be towed. I was helping a family member who lives there and because of you ended up with my a crisis of my own. I know the tow laws in the state of Oregon, you cannot fool me. As of January 2018, a property owner or manager designated has to sign off prior to the tow. I came to your office very emotional about it, you offered me the phone number to the tow company, but you did not have the courage to tell me you're the one who called it in. Again, what goes around comes around."
