"I have lived here 2 mo ths almost now and have been threatened at least three times in the laundry room. The walls are VERY thin and my neighbors throw a party every night! It's annoying lol. Kids will run around the complex yelling at all times of night, and there is zero to no parking. I had three tires slashed in the parking lot last week. Got it taken care of though. I reported it to the landlord and they never once got back to me. All that aside I do love the apartment. I just wish management didn't make special rules for specific residents."

"All the Driver please slow down and follow the speed limit my niece's and our Neighbor kids playing, mostly biking around the apartment. Please just drive slow and pay attention. Also why so many uber and Lyft parking front of apt, some vehicles parking day and night, even they don't live Fern Grove Apartment. I think it would be nice if you guy share. I understand everyone can park on the streets but not day and night parking. Everyone is family and nice people. Thank you!"
