"I lived here from March 2023-Dec 2023 and decided to move due maintenence issues. Took them months to resolve and when I moved I still had a leak in my bathroom above my shower. They painted over it to give the look of being repaired but never actually repaired anything. I also had a drunk driver push a car through my bedroom wall, took them 10 days to repair. Smh Not a good place to live."

"Very old and the appliances are very old for the rent amount. There's no modern updates. The pool is old and closes frequently. The park is outdated for the rental prices. The area has extremely noisy trains, planes and automobiles all day and night. You will not get quality sleep. The police are always there. The area is dark. The towing company is shady they will stick their hands inside of car windows. The windows are outdated. Nothing is energy efficient. Floor is lament not even hardwood for the rental prices. The countertops are very old. The neighborhood is horrible. The bus service is not reliable."

"It's OK for NE Sandy blvd. The children are out of control, but whoever is managing the place now, seems to be trying to improve the place. It's sad that most section 8 people and their kids tend to be problematic. There are far fewer fights and drunken parties in the parking lot and they are actually landscaping and cleaning up the trash the problematic people throw everywhere!!"

"Ok, so I have lived here for quite some time and can give an honest review based on the fact that I am both a renter and have worked in property management. You see, people will always go online an post reviews based on their own inability to accept responsibility and try to defame an apartment community as an outlet to feel sorry for themselves. So let’s get down to the basics. I am rating this community solely on how it’s managed. Parking: You get to park 2 vehicles on the premises if you have a 2 bedroom and 3 vehicles if you have a 3 bedroom. 1 parking spot is assigned and the rest you’ll have to park in a visitor parking spot, which there are plenty of. Tow Company was changed to River City Towing and they’ve been great at not just randomly towing without giving you notice. Rents: I was able to lease an apartment at $1475 for a townhouse. It comes with a large fenced yard which is great for my Pitbull and Husky. Pet Policy: They charge no pet deposit or pet rent and they accept all breed of dogs. My dogs were just interviewed to make sure they were not aggressive. Rent Increases: I pulled my records and the first increase was $0, my second increase was $25 and my third increase was $35 because I chose to upgrade my appliances to stainless steel. Neighbors: I had only one noisy neighbor but management communicated right away whenever there was a problem. Maintenance: They do a great job in keeping the grounds as clean as possible although sometimes there are kids that dropped garbage from time to time. Work order is done by 2-3 days if it isn’t an emergency."
