"Until about a year ago I would have given a 5 star review. The new(est) management team is quite unprofessional. One of the office staff is one of the more two faced people I’ve ever encountered. Watch out!!! If she decides she doesn’t like you, she’ll go out of her way to make your life a living Hell. Back to back “violations” that are based upon here say. No one who has personality issues like her should be allowed a position where she’s given the power to ruin someone’s life and cause them to be homeless because she doesn’t like you. The maintenance guy is nice, but watch out, he’s a snitch. He watches everything then chooses who he doesn’t like and makes sure to report anything that may be a violation. He teams up with the office lady and spies in the ones she doesn’t like. He sits on his balcony morning moon and night smoking weed. He also talks about remnants late rent and other issues with other tenants. I’ve been told a number of times about MY business they heard from Doug’s mouth. Very, very unprofessional! Maintenance is a HUGE issue. Things don’t get done in a timely manner, or at all. he’ll even go so far as to mark the work completed when it was never addressed. This has happened multiple times. If you want to live under someone’s thumb and feel like you’re in a supervised community made for derelicts this is the perfect place for you. If not, don’t waste your time."

"This property has improved so much over the last year! Having staff that not only care about the property but also the residence is fantastic. Douglas the maintenance guy is amazing! He's currently the only maintenance person and this property is huge! He's always friendly, and a hard worker. Always willing to answer questions and say hi. He definitely needs an assistant but he doesn't let that show in his work. We are proud to call eleven pines our home."

"This place held my ex partner's down payment even though we were told it would be refunded if we were not approved. Our application was rejected and they couldn't tell me on what grounds as I looked over the report and nothing stood out to me. He went through his bank to basically force them to give him his money back because it had been weeks since the application was rejected and then they turned around and tried to say they rendered services when that was absolutely not the case, we had already moved on to a new apartment. Then most recently they charged him AGAIN for services rendered almost 2 months after our application had been rejected (ALMOST $500!!!!!), his bank couldn't do anything the second time apparently and he's been fighting with this property and the company to get his money back. They have constantly ignored phonecalls and emails, this place is absolute trash, and we've seen multiple other people on here go through the same thing. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Update 7/11/23: Since leaving this review, Avenue5, which apparently seems to be the billing company behind this apartment complex, sent an email this morning stating that I still have a move out cost for a unit of theirs WHEN I HAVE NEVER LIVED THERE. Thankfully there seem to be direct numbers of people I can contact so best believe I will be making it quite clear they're not getting anything from me."

"These apartments were available asap when I needed to move. It was nicely prepared and came with a Jacuzzi tub. Change happens often with management but the employees in the office have always been very nice. I've dealt with some rude people at some other apartments. Douglas the Manager of Maintenance is very helpful and diligent with his work. Sometimes it might take some time depending the issue but I can guarantee he will solve the problem. Thank you Eleven Pines: I was inspired by Douglas great work I wanted you all to know he's leaving a great imprint for Eleven Pines Apartments."

"New manager and maintenance staff are great- they have been so helpful and kind to my wife and I. They really are trying to fix this community and make it the home we all loved! They care about the property and residents. Returning calls and emails very quickly- always friendly when asked something, even in passing. Maintenance are friendly, quick, and great at communicating. We are so thankful for the new staff here. They go above and beyond for their residents."
