"Lived here for 3years (had to move) Not the best naborhood at all! Has alot of dangerous night life going on in complex that management don't bother with. As well as the apartments are way too small for the prices they look great on the inside but really small, and there is never enough parking because people from the morcodo park in the lot and alot of car prowlers as well I just moved out of their 60days ago and left the apartment in really good shape all they had to do is clean and do carpet. I still haven't received the rest of my deposit back nor a letter of explanation and move out cost. And I've called 3 times about it so you can see the lack in management.!!!"

"The units have nice appliances but overall more expensive for what you are getting. Lots of issues with management in getting work orders done (One took 3 months and phone calls with one of the requests we were told "not gonna fix because will just do that when you move out"). They also didn't list who runs utility in the lease then got upset because we didn't know who were suppose to be paying when they gave no instructions. Units are fine but not worth all this stress and unresponsive managment."

"The apartments are beautiful on the inside! Stainless steel appliances, nice cabinets and countertops, wood laminate that looks amazing, cute bathroom and good sized bedroom. Laundry in unit is a huge plus. Management is super cool and always there for me if I have any problems. Would definitely recommend living here!"

"Newly remodeled and each apartment has its own washer and dryer in the unit, granite style countertops, brand new appliances and while the wall carpet. The grounds are kept clean and quite luck with great landscaping also newly painted extiriors and brand-new porch in closures and balconies. Essentially these are brand new apartments Delta over the old skeleton underneath. They've been beautifully redone. The rent each month is competitive and comprehensive to the local economy"
