"Strange people even more bizarre security thinks they’re Hawaii 5.0 stinks lots of loud barking dogs dirty gates always malfunctioning pot holes and doesn’t allow guest to park in parking area even though there’s a vast amount of available spaces the want guest out on the street after 6pm which resembles a mini skid row super sketch"
"I have had a terrible experience! The communication was horrible. They made it sound like I would be moving in at the start of the month. I put in my notice at my old place and packed up. I was then told it wouldn’t be ready until the following month. 3 months later I was able to see the apartment and move in. When I saw the place I nearly cried. The apartments look like a modified Best Western. Since I had waited SO long and was having major surgery in 2 weeks I was stuck with this apartment. I needed care after my surgery and my daughter stays with me part time, so she helped me. However, they repeatedly refused to give her a parking pass and was harassed any time she parked on the grounds. She is required to park on the street and walk past the homeless camp (currently removed but don’t blink they’ll be back). My car was parked in the same location for 45 days and has my sticker, but I’ve been ticketed 3 times. Note: there has been a car parked in the loading zone for 10 days, no tickets. I believe it’s because I got behind on my rent, see major surgery note above. St Vincent had/has no assistant available and I tried other agencies. I also tried to get their assistance during this time and was treated like I decided to have cancer to make them uncomfortable. The properties is supposed to be smoke free but security smokes with neighbors. No accountability. As a domestic violent survivor the fenced area was appealing. It is ALWAYS broken. (Remember the homeless camp above). We also have holes in the fencing that surrounds the complex and gates that should be used are locked. Weird! See pics. I probably wouldn’t have posted a review but I get the stink eye and words mouthed as I drive by the staff when they are outside smoking. I could go on with my experience but it’s pissing me off."
"I wish I could give a better rating. However I have been thoroughly disappointed and it has not been resolved by management for months now. I've made some simple requests that don't take much time at all. And I feel I have been completely looked over. There was a shooting here and they fired the security guard. Makes no sense. Only giving two because the price is ok and the ground are well managed. Everything else is terrible and it's unfortunate. Shouldn't have to feel unsafe in my own home."
"They don't get to maintaice requests in a timely manner, had a move few move in requests when I moved out. We had a few requests taken care of after I bothered them for weeks to get it taken care of. One being the window frame separating from the building, the other was a cabinet door fell off, hing and all, we were lucky my 1 year old wasn't in the tiny kitchen. And when they did come to fix the problems they weren't a secure job or a job well done. It was like they where doing these to get me to stop bothering them and focus on the upgrades the owner was doing. I moved out first week of March and haven't had any communication from them since. The owner is drastically changing things to where I think she is not wanting it to be low income apartments any more. She also told me to my face that she wished a portion of our contracts weren't printed out because they "don't do" that portion of the contract anymore/at all."
