"My sister and my brother in law have rented from here for a few years. The apartment manager is rarely available, and the maintenance staff is overwhelmed. People don't seem to follow the rules, let alone the parking lot isn't very well lit or safe. Also cops and emt are an almost constant sight at this complex. The units are also cheaply maintained. I wouldn't recommend living here ever."

"Ok so a little late. I moved out February 2020. I lived here 3 years and never had any issue with management. Of course the occasional loud neighbor, but for the most part, the community was very quiet. I only had to make 2 service calls my whole time there and service was always prompt and professional from maintenance and the front office. With the exception of the rising rent costs, I was sad to leave, but it was on a positive note all around. I've had some bad rental management in the past, but this was a great place to live i I will miss it. It fit my on the goal lifestyle and was perfect when I had to stay home for 10 months after my car accident. Thank you so much for a stress free experience."

"I moved in in March and the apartment was freshly painted and had brand new carpet the cabinets are a little worn down and there's definitely exposure to the inside workings where the piping is under the sinks and it smells a little but I just patched it up and now I'm loving this place. Olivia is great and on top of it when it comes to getting back to you and getting work done at your apartment if need be. I'm super thankful to be living here."

"NEW MANAGEMENT!! Seven months ago management changed. Olivia is super courteous, helpful, and really seems to enjoy her job. The units were nice and clean. Yes it is a older property, however is clean and quiet. They're also per friendly."

"I wish I could give this apartment building zero stars, but unfortunately I can't. It's difficult to even know where to begin with this review, the untreated black mold (in places not cleanable by the tenant), the impossibility of submitting maintenance requests, the fact that the office is never actually open, even during the hours posted on their site, or the fact that the staff is blisteringly rude and demeaning. I needed to submit a maintenance request for several really large concerns including black mold and doors randomly falling off of our cabinets due to decay among other problems. When I went to submit the request, the office was closed (as usual) and where they claim to have maintenance requests "always available" outside, there were none (typical). I wrote my request on a piece of paper and included all of the things to make it legally binding, then put it in their drop box. I hear nothing, then two weeks later get a voicemail from Autumn that they were not going to honor it in a very rude and demeaning tone. They claimed that they had attempted to call me, but I told them that I had no calls from them and did check my call log to confirm that. They lied and claimed that they had to have the maintenance request written on a form to be legal (not true). I finally just agreed to come and do another request to get off the phone with the rude woman lying to my face. If you don't like living in a mold infested apartment where doors fall off untouched, this is not the place for you."
