"I had the pleasure of working with Taylor. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He is a true professional and every company should have a Taylor working for them. He made a very overwhelming experience for me pleasant and stessfree. When Taylor quit being the manager there was a period of time where it was really confusing and things were not done in a timely manner or didn’t get done at all. Since Autumn has been manager things have looked up. She is busy but also available and most helpful! She is approachable and wants what is best for the tenants of The Morgan. Sometimes I think she is spread too thin being manager of both The Lennox and The Morgan. (I think she could use a part time assistant!) She never seems hassled or stressed. There is a lot that goes into being a manager and she goes it exceptionally well. She is a wonderful manager! A great person and an assessor to the company she represents."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. The audacity of these people. They have no windows in their bedrooms. The walls are practically paper thin. There is never any parking, not to mention the passive aggressive tenants that put poop bags on cars for no reason other than they “stole” the unassigned street parking from someone else. They never answer their phones. They only respond to emails that don’t involve the words “move out notice”. The only pros is its cheap for Portland. But with the addition of utilities, it comes out to more than the place is worth. The only reason I moved here was because they offered 2 months free rent and I needed a place fast. If you just need a place to sleep and shower, then move on in. Otherwise, I would stay away."
"Accessibility of stores, grocery and gas was substantially adequate, I love the location. Parking is a nightmare for street parking. Got my car broken into and partners car hit three times with minor damage. Apartment Management is nonexistent, they dont return calls or emails and the sister property, Lenox, is who to contact as of now (Oct 2022). I lived here for over a year, and overall it was a nice apartment but a lot of small issues. Trash room becomes a nightmare for how many residents live there for one dumpster. Maintenance is really quick, but disorganized, still does a great job and is very nice. The apartment itself is great, no issues. Balcony on first floor was a joke, it got flooded and has no drainage and is made of concrete so we never used it! Overall, there's pros and cons to living here. The rooftop access is incredible for the view, the grill and fire pits. I had good times up there! I like that there is extra security with door fobs and not just passcodes. Elevator access makes it easy to move stuff in and out, but its just one elevator! Theres bike storage, and the people who live there always seem to be nice! But not a good place if your a loud night person, people WILL complain. 3.5/5"
"*note all the recent positive reviews are from folks who either don't live here, or are just moving in* have lived here 6 months. mgmt does not seem on top of things - they haven't returned calls (my key stopped working due to the computer system, and i left them many messages about it, still don't have a working key or key fob for the building...) they implemented lock boxes for packages months ago, and still haven't organized with USPS to actually deliver into the boxes. Package theft is common, parking is troublesome. Really, no reason to live here above some other apt complex, nothing remarkable but the complaints."
"Staff has been pretty friendly and helpful with most of my inquiries. The walls are very thin and can hear my neighbors beside and above me at all hours during the day. The cleanliness of the apartment complex is also a cause for concern. The stairs are always really dirty near the parking garage and trash area. They have been getting better at cleaning the carpeted floors however. I do really like my apartment and all the amenities. Great neighborhood to live in."
