Reviews of The Sellina Apartments
"I’ve lived with Anchor NW for over a year now. I lived in Hollywood first with them, and they were attentive with every maintenance request and question. I transferred to this building, and I dig it. It’s the same quality of service. Sure it’s on a busy street, but it’s in the quiet walkable Sellwood neighborhood. What’s not to like? They have the best people working in PDX and I’ve lived in mostly buildings build in the 20s for over twelve years. This is such a great change of pace and I’m all in."
"The best thing about this apartment complex is the fact that it has a dog washing station. Aside from that I do not recommend. The area of the neighborhood could not be worse, not only is it noisy, and incredibly hot during the summer (AC only in hallway, not in units) I have also been yelled at and followed around the building at night. The property management says they have security but I have never seen them. My dishwasher stopped working 2 months after I moved in and has been broken for over 4 months, I brought this up to the tenant relations department and I didn't even get a response let alone an apology or explanation. Street parking is awful right now due to construction in the neighborhood but honestly wasn't much better prior either. It took 5 months for me to get a parking spot in the garage but that is also nerve racking because there have been 3 incidents since I moved in where the garage door to has been malfunctioning. If you are looking for a new space to call home, I highly recommend you keep looking."
"We moved in about 3 months ago and love it here! The apartments are new and come with a full size washer and dryer in the unit as well. You have to have a key fob to enter the building, which makes us feel safe. The area is so cute and has many shops within a walkable distance, and we've had no issues so far! I definitely recommend this place."
