"My stay at Garden Park Apartments has been inconsistent. Although there are advantages, potential tenants should be aware of a few noteworthy problems. An important issue is the uneven application of smoking bans. Regretfully, I have seen situations when the general quality of life has been negatively impacted by these policies not being sufficiently implemented. Rather than dealing with the guilty tenants, they keep sending threatening emails to the entire complex. I received these warning emails nonstop while I was residing here. Nevertheless, I could smell marijuana smoke in my unit's shared doorway almost every day until the last week of my lease. Increases in rent have been an ongoing problem that happen more frequently than anticipated. This has been a source of aggravation, and it would be helpful if management could be more forthcoming with the explanations for these frequent changes. During my last few months, they even started raising the pet and car port rent. My family decided to leave the property since this was the final straw. Response times for maintenance have presented certain difficulties. Appliance problems were not fixed on the initial visit on multiple occasions, and renters were occasionally held responsible. A better ability to communicate and resolve issues more quickly would significantly improve life in general. Finally, I think that further training would help the office personnel become more competent. Increased productivity and communication would have a big impact on tenant satisfaction. In conclusion, Garden Park offers advantages, but there are also things that may be done to make life there more pleasant and open."
"Absolutely the worst apartments to be neighboring. CONSTANT CONSTRUCTION WORK STARTING AT 7 AM. (How does it take over a month to cut an already fallen tree? And now roofing.) DAILY LEAF BLOWING/LAWN UPKEEP THAT DOES NOT NEED TO BE SO FREQUENT. NEIGHBOORS CONSTANTLY BEING LOUD/HAVING PARTIES. Dogs barking at all hours. Feels bad for anyone actually paying to live here as being a neighbor is already taxing."
"5 stars is specifically for Victoria Holden. They were an amazing and friendly property manager and took me and my fiancé around the complex and answered all of our questions. We also just talked all together, and they treated us like human beings and were so kind and accommodating! Wish I could give Victoria 10 more stars, very much an amazing person!"
