"I first moved to Forest Ridge Apartments in 2004 I then moved out due to a family death I missed living here so much that in 2024 I decided to move back to forest Ridge apartments and me and my husband just moved in here a week ago and everything has been amazing I wouldn’t trade living here again for nothing I love it"

"I lived in an upstairs apartment in this complex for 3 years and have had a very pleasant experience. The neighbors greet one another and the managers and maintenance folks are very responsive and professional. The apartment was very roomy and the closets are very spacious. This is an older building and kitchen cabinets are original and the counters have a surface treatment. There is some sound transfer (i.e.ceiling fan, music) and it makes the place feel less isolating and more homey. The plants and trees are cared for by a landscape maintenance company and it is nice to look out over the courtyard and walk among the firs in the back. Four stars are only because of an electrical substation located adjacent to the play area. otherwise, would stay. Only moving due to change in circumstances, other would stay."

"We lived here starting May, 2020 and recently had to leave on short notice due to family needs. They made the process so easy. The current manger and maintenance manager are amazing and very responsive. Our unit, and several others have been updated with new carpet, nice vinyl floors in the kitchen and bathrooms and have felt so homey during our time there. Pricing has been very reasonable and included garbage service, water and sewer. I would give 5/5 stars, but the one downside we found has been neighbors who can be loud. It’s not a constant here, but a couple families are more notably noisy. Pros definitely outweigh the cons here though!"

"I have lived here for almost 2 years & love it. The location is fantastic - close to the river, downtown Milwaukie (& the amazing farmers market), & most any store or food you could want. My apartment is, yes, old, as many in Portland are, but spacious & comfortable. Anything that needs fixing is done right away, even after hours, by David. Management has been nothing but friendly & helpful since the moment i set foot on the property."

"I have lived here for almost 3 years and I moved apartments in the same building. The staff and managers are great. Always respectful, responsive and kind. The apartments are decent. I've seen worse, on my second apartment I was able to get an updated flooring and made the whole place much nicer!"
