Tillamook St. Lofts is located in the charming Hollywood District of Portland, Oregon. Situated in a 90-year old neighborhood, the lofts offer convenient access to grocery stores, medical centers, fitness facilities, entertainment venues, and public transportation. Residents can easily explore the Multnomah County Library, catch a movie at the historic Hollywood Theater, or enjoy the bustling downtown area and SE Portland via the nearby Hollywood Transit Center or NE Sandy Blvd.
Future availability at Tillamook St. Lofts is subject to current occupants vacating, and availability is not guaranteed. Each unit allows for up to two pets, with additional approval required for more than two pets, animals other than cats or dogs, or aquariums over 10 gallons. A color photo of all pets must be provided to assist in identifying lost animals.
Additional security deposits and pet rent apply for furry companions. Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcome, with proper documentation required as per Housing and Urban Development guidelines.
The lofts feature a breakfast bar, providing a separation between the kitchen and living space, as well as a built-in table for dining. Floorplans may include an open layout with an L-shaped kitchen or a galley style kitchen running along a hallway with bedrooms on the opposite side.
