"This place is by far disgusting. The water was This place is by far disgusting. The water was contaminated upon move-in and had been like that since we left. Management is crooks, unorganized, and greedy. They suck at communication. Homeless come and try to look in people’s apartments to see if they are empty. Trash was all over the place. There’s never really parking because people like to have more than 2 cars. Mailboxes were being broken into. Random people would dig from The trash. They are quick to up charge and change prices on ledgers. contaminated upon move-in and had been like that since we left. Management is crooks, unorganized, and greedy. They suck at communication. You can never feel comfortable living here. This property needs new management and needs evaluation. I think someone should send a tester to really observer the Bs. Cambridge real estate needs to stop disregarding this property and actually put money towards the community and fixing it up."
"A bunch of crooks. They take high deposits and when you move out they make fictitious charges. I lived there for 5 years. Requested the carpet to be cleaned. They NEVER cleaned the carpet. Upon moving out they sent me a bill for $500 for carpet cleaning. I always paid my rent on time. The full amount with the utilities and rent as per Invoice. They double charged me for utilities for 4 months. DO NOT TRUST this management company."
"disgusting place, horrible management that doesn't care about any resident, only squeezing every ounce of cash they can. they don't keep care of the property there's trash littered everywhere by the dumpster and cigarette butts spread all on the outskirts of the property. AND WHERES THE FOUNTAIN? DO NOT RENT HERE"
"Since the past reviews perhaps there’s been a change in management or just improvements made because I had a very easy and pleasant experience with the staff. Elsy is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional and over the phone I’ve talked to Taylor who is also very nice. It was super easy to set up a tour and while touring the complex I saw the maintenance guys a lot, so good to know maintenance is being kept up to date"
"Partner scheduled an appointment over a week ago for an apartment showing. Jocelyn, the apartment manager, sent an email confirming the date and time. When we arrived, the office was absolutely closed with no sign of any people. While calling both the property management company and the office number, we saw there was a sign on the door that the office is closed on weekends. We waited around for about 10 minutes before a little girl on a bike came over to let us know that the office was closed on weekends. It’s sad when a little child is more responsive to potential new residents than the actual adult whose job it is to interface with them. Saw many red flags throughout the complex as well as in the reviews from current/past tenants. Pro tip from someone formerly in facilities and property management: If you schedule an appointment on a day your office is not open, maybe actually set a reminder for yourself, write it down on a sticky note, OR don’t schedule it on a day you don’t plan to be there! With all of the terrible reviews and this experience, there’s no doubt in my mind that this is a mismanaged apartment."
