"If I could give a 0 I would. This is the worst complex I have ever worked with or lived at. The management of this property is top tier TRASH. It’s like they have never heard of common sense or communication. If you ever are thinking about living here save yourself the headache and stay far away from here. I promise you it will not be a pleasant experience living in the highland hills."

"TOXIC BLACK MOLD Issues! We live on the 1st floor and wanted to bring attention to anyone that is considering moving here. We have lived here for 4+ years and been excellent, respectful, on time rent paying tenants throughout our time here. Attached are pictures from our dresser drawers with black mold spread from both the walls and carpet of the master bedroom. Note: both bedrooms are experiencing these issues along with the master bathroom. We personally have cleaned the walls and shampooed carpets several times and have been working with management for several weeks on the matter. We have followed up countless times for help and want to work with them. We have requested a deduction from our rent to replace the dresser, clothes etc that all need to be replaced numerous times to no avail and have been completely ignored. We have yet to get an exact date of when they will have someone resolve the matter as we are concerned about how this is affecting our health! We have a feeling they want us to move rather than help us. I will continue to provide updates and let you know how long this toxic black mold issue goes on without any assistance or resolution. Keep posted. Will provide updates. Update If you decide to sign a lease please make sure they do not put you on the first floor. I’ve spoken to other tenants who have had experienced the same issue. The building was built on the 70s and needs major renovations."

"Horrible staff, rude on phone and lack relational intelligence! Once again, horrible staff at the property! The staff managing the beaverton apartments frustrated me at move out, intentionally closed the office so we could not hand in the keys, then charged rent for extra days because of the keys they were not present to receive in the first place. They ignored the fact that We called them seeking advise on where to leave the keys, (they never answered) we left a voice message, (apparently they didn't listen to it) but were so quick to charge rent for extra days, our due diligence not withstanding! Why have a office if it remains closed for the better part of business hours?? Faulty appliances, falling closet doors... these apartments need intervention."
