Reviews of Pioneer Park
"Wonderful place to be. The picnic area is peaceful and shaded by trees. The bridge has a few alcoves where you can sit peacefully. You can also sit on the edge of the bridge overlooking the water, just don't slide too far down"
"Currently the trails are being cleaned up from a recent Ice storm. My kids loved getting out and stretching their legs. There is 9 holes of frisbee golf set up here. A few cherry blossom trees and a covered bridge. Easy access to mill creek if tou want to dip your toes in the cool water."
"Chose Pioneer Park for senior photos for a friend. The lighting there is perfect and there are lots of cool, unique places for portraits. The park itself is extremely clean, and has a great layout in regards to making use of the space they have. There's a longer trail you can walk that is roughly a mile there and back which ends at the dam, as well. You feel safe at this park, it's a comforting environment."
"Perfect for walking or running and can take your four legged friend with you too (bring a leash). Start at the covered bridge and then head down towards the river. Lots of trees and activity all around. This place is conveniently located right out my back door. There is a playground area if you prefer to bring the kids and let them run and play. Lets remember to keep it clean. Leave no trace. Zero footprints. Leave it better than you found it."
