"A terrible experience for any low-income looking for help. They are tone deaf, insensitive, and unhelpful. I was asking for assistance with direct questions which were never answered but rather given short-ended responses that were not helpful. I asked one agent a question about mobile home lending programs and was simply told they can't be covered instead of being told which lenders could handle it. I asked about the USDA Rural Home Loan and was told only one company services it and she connected me to that person who dropped the ball ( I am deaf) which is why the agent sent me to him directly to inform him I was deaf and needed assistance. She said to me it's 'tuff,' when the word is tough and I felt so disrespected by this fancy realtor who probably has no idea how tough it really is for me and I didn't need that commentary said with such an insensitive remark. They don't offer you anything except what serves them in getting a high commission so they have mobile homes for sale but they don't try to HELP get them sold because of the higher commission. I feel discriminated against and I would highly recommend people keep an eye out for the behavior I received because I also feel it was classist and hurtful. Very disgusted with my experiences with Harcourts West and their top agent Daydra Straisheim."
