"Cute little walking bridge"
"I walk this pedestrian walking bridge a few times a week in the Strawberry Heights neighborhood of Sweet Home, the Whittlemore Covered Bridge is a historic Bridge in this small town. It is well-maintained by the community and thousands drive by it daily. A little history behind the Bridge, it is a portable, 20-foot covered bridge that was built in 1989 as a project in the High School building trades class, with the idea of conservation of covered bridges. Joel Whittlemore bought the bridge, then donated it as a footbridge in the city park."
