"Just got back from an amazing baby shower at the Ainsworth House & Gardens. I've lived in the Oregon City area since I was a kid and I only recently discovered this incredible event space that is literally a beautiful oasis in the middle of a neighborhood. I was referred from a friend who recently attended a wedding beneath their 150+ year old heritage tree. I wish I got a picture, but it was raining (thanks Oregon;-), but the tree is incredibly massive. Thankfully they have a great indoor event space with everything you'd need from tables/chairs/linens/ to a catering kitchen that also features a double oven. I think one of my favorite aspects of the space is the floor to ceiling, which also includes several skylights, windows which really brightened up the space on a cloudy day. The best part though is though is their staff. From the original outreach, to a visit and walk-through, to fielding an array of questions ahead of the event, their patience and and helpfulness with ideas was very appreciated. Their onsite support ahead of the event, and during it today, was great. Super personable and proactively helpful, their team helped make a very special day one that will be remembered forever!"

"Wow. That's all I can say about this place. The gardens are stunning and well maintained. Though the venue is in a neighborhood, everything is hedged in and feels completely private. Getting married beneath their huge tree felt like being part of a piece of history, and their gardens feature a piece by Chihuly, one of my favorite glass artists of all time. Ownership of the venue changed while I was in the middle of planning my wedding, and the whole process felt seamless, with absolutely nothing slipping through the cracks. The venue was completely upfront with everything were were expected to pay, and there were no hidden fees or unexpected costs to contend with. Communicating with them was easy and quick. The best part about this venue was my wedding coordinator, Jocelyn. Going into planning, I wasn't sure what to expect, but she has gone above and beyond to make my wedding a special one. We had a morning wedding, and she arranged to allow us to set up what we needed to during our rehearsal time the day before, as well as personally had several long phone calls and zoom meetings over our planning period to make sure our vision came to life. She sent constant emails with advice and direction, as we were an out of state couple. She was a complete delight interacting with our guests, and also happened to be our florist. My bouquet was everything I dreamed of, and her and my mother went behind my back to fill the venue with beautiful flowers that made our day the garden wedding of my dreams. While I was not able to bring my bouquet back to my home state, I still have the ribbons she tied around it as a reminder of how special that day was to me. Whatever they're paying her, it's not enough."
