"They have been very helpful to me in the post. A wonderful group of compassionate people working towards a common goal."
"I got the funding I needed in the end, but when I desperately needed to speak with someone about the 3 month delay that was going to void my funding, not a single person returned my phone call. I left 8 voice-mails in a 2 week period, emphasizing the importance of me speaking with someone, and they just didn't bother. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress for me when it would have taken 2 minutes to call me and give me an update."
"Great place very helpful will do their damnedest to get people the resources they really need. I feel they're deeply underappreciated as well so if you go there for help please remember to take a moment and thank the good people who work hard to make life better for those in need."
"I've nerve personally had to use them but il they've helped a lot of people. I just wish when they put homeless people up for free they should have to submit a clean UA n if they can't than detox is warm n takes ohp or can charge u later.. Just my personal opinion"
"The front desk people pick up people quickly but when you want to be transferred they almost never pick up I've gotten nobody from money management the last 4 phone calls same person so they obviously dont have enough people on duty. So it must be tough sitting at a desk typing in a computer in a nice soft spinny chair every once in a while print something here and there and I would love to count money and I'm not saying it's not tricky sometimes but that's what keeps you going is the mysteries that have to be solved wheres this person's money going oh I almost forgot to print this oh I have to turn lights off lock the door. And at night before you would go to bed just think about what you got to do tomorrow make sure your alarms set and next morning you realize I have something to look forward to."
