"I've never been so close to so many old items. Had far more than i was expecting. For just a few bucks a person too! You could spend a couple of hours looking around. It is a must stop for tourists."
"The whole place was packed with items donated. There is a main floor and and an upstairs as well as another room outside to look through. I particularly enjoyed the model of the saw mill that was outside. Pictured is their bell that broke and is outside next to the model."
"Went for a scenic drive from Tucson to Florence via Hwy 79. The museum is a great destination well worth the admission price with or without the senior discount. The nice lady who worked there, Barb was very informative and the exhibits an awesome collection of local artifacts. The local prison artifacts were interesting. Look forward to the upcoming historical homes tour!"
"Very nice local museum. Friendly folks running the show. Housed in a former school house. Decent price. There is a funny story about a whale carcass that washed up on the beach in 1970 and the town decided to dynamite the thing! I spent about 45 minutes here."
