Affinity at Walla Walla

"Overall, Affinity is pleasant. The amenities are not all that they are cracked up to be. For example, the "hiking path" is only a very short semi circle that is good for a 2 minute stroll; the dog park is more of a yard. The units are a bit small, but nice. I especially liked having a washer and dryer in my bathroom. The residents are friendly for the most part. Many join in activities; many do not. Participation is up to each resident. My biggest complaint: Affinity is too expensive."

"Living at Affinity Walla Walla has been an enriching experience the last two years. The staff are very kind and helpful. They treat everyone equally and provide a resolution within their purview. They listen to ideas for activities providing support and encouragement to schedule the event for all the residents to participate if they want. Grocery shopping is just a few steps from the affinity. Along with other necessities shopping stores which saves on gas. The fellow residents are kind and fun to spend time with. This is a great place to live!"

"Many good neighbors here. I enjoy living with them. Best asset. - Endured a very large rent increase this last year. Too much dog urine on the grounds and accidents in the hallways and elevators for my liking. Very pet tolerant. Staff do try to keep the common areas clean."

"Checked this place out and it's really nice. Has an on-site pub, movie theater, internet Cafe and and community room.. it's pet friendly with a place of walking your dog. There's a gazebo with tables and chairs outside and a nice water fountain in the front court.. it has a very friendly atmosphere with plenty of activities. The property is well kept and has elevators and abundant lighting.."
