"This place has been emotionally draining. I lived here for 9 months and FINALLY moving out. The harassment from the on-site manager is out of hand, on top of the husband stalking and calling me a “F-ing Idiot” because I was walking my dog with no leash to my car at 5AM. And that’s not even a small issue I have had living here. You are not allowed to have any visitors.(even tho in the lease you can) and my apartment wasn’t cleaned when I moved in and was told to do it MYSELF!! Also don’t forget about recorded from the managers personal phone trying to walk to and from your own unit. She can’t keep anyone to work for her probably because of the way she speaks to them. (I have herd it personally) if there is ever problems between you definitely expect her to lock you out of the front office!!!!! And to add her OWN HUSBAND leaving a bad review on here lmaooo He isn’t any better than her so this is very funny!"

"Place is honestly an eyesore even with the new siding. Needs to be demolished it's infested with ants, mold, and bad management. Don't expect anything nicer than the landlord special. Everything is painted including your food surfaces and bathtub. As soon as the cheap paint starts to wash off you'll be blamed for "damage" and "filth" expect a termination notice soon after."

"Terrible place to live. More like a penitentiary and is managed like one too. The on site manager tries to control the tenants lives preventing them from enjoying their day peacefully. This isn't just my opinion ask anyone who currently lives there or has lived there since 2016 when the current manager took the thrown. If you enjoy having your privacy invaded, harassed, photographed & watched by her own personal security guards, while also being recorded by surveillance cameras 24/7 anytime you step outside and violated for anything she can find and when she can't find something she will change what the lease agreement says or add her own rule that doesn't exist in it and violate you for that and don't even dare try pointing out she is wrong about anything even when she is because she won't want to hear it and in her eyes you will always be wrong and she will always be right even with you trying to show her the proof to back up your claim and that will just get you on her worst side even though being on her good side isnt much better at all."

"If I could leave negative stars I would! Absolute horrible place to live. I know the past apartment managers were cool, but the new one Catherine Olsen is a terrible human being. I moved in with my 3 kids in January. Single mother. Every single month she harassed me and made excuses to inspect my apartment all because I kept complaining about the ants we had that were crawling all over me and my children!! She doesn’t fix anything, instead just blames it on you and sends you a bill for it. I came back from a 2 day vacation to my bathroom FLOODED and no obvious reason as to why. I called her on the emergency line, she came in and barely looked at the bathroom and 2 days later sent me a bill for calling them for “no reason.” I failed my last inspection because my cords were too close to my baseboard heaters because the lease says 12 inches, BUT the outlets are only 4 inches above them!! These have been the worst 5 months of my life. Not to mention, I signed a 30 day willing to vacate and in trade, I wouldn’t get an eviction. I went 2 days over my 30 and instead of sending a 72 hour notice, she filed an eviction AFTER I WAS COMPLETELY MOVED OUT AND KEYS HAD BEEN SURRENDERED TO HER. I went to pick up the eviction notice off of my door and it was gone. I went to ask her for it and she refused to give it to me and said they dismissed the case. I called the courthouse and they said that she was lying and if I don’t show up to my court date, she will WIN BY DEFAULT! She purposely held it from me. I’m showing up though. Nothing can keep me from going to that hearing. I have so many people behind me, INCLUDING other tenants that live there and want her GONE. The regional manager is not any help either. He’s rude and just as condescending as Catherine. They try to intimidate you and make you feel stupid. They’re horrible, horrible people and something needs to happen right now. I hope the right people read this before they’re faced with the same problems I’ve gone through."
