"I have only lived here a few very long months and I would not recommend this place to anyone. At the start of a week long below freezing period, we are told that we are required to raise our thermostats, leave all our faucets dripping and leave our cabinets open, all at our expense, to winterize their apartments. If I am winterizing their property doesn't this mean I am on their maintenance payroll? While completing these tasks I went to use my microwave to heat up breakfast and I discovered that it was cold inside, investigating this I found that there is an extremely cold breeze and freezing temperatures coming from the cabinet above the microwave. After I empty the contents I place a thermometer inside and it is reading 21.9 F, to which I put a bowl of water in and make ice. I texted the office and told them about this and they said I should close this cabinet and open the one under the sink, the one that I could make ice in was not an emergency. To add to the mystery this cabinet is 5' from the center of the building, nowhere near an outside wall. Maintenance showed up a couple hours later and told me they had no means to fix the issue of below freezing air pouring into the apartment so we stuffed the cabinet full of blankets and towels, most of which I supplied because they had nothing and they would be back in 3 day to fix it and I'm still waiting. All the while listening to dripping water and trying to heat freezing air and wondering what kind of contaminants and pests have been coming in this big hole. This is on top of the grounds you can walk around because of all the dog feces. There are several dogs that will lunge at you and try to take a bite out of you. No weather stripping on the doors and windows. The cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen are old and some are bare pressboards, no idea of what is in/on them. All the outside walls are cold to the touch and I live on the second floor so you would think that the floors would be a little warm, especially with the heating dust in the ceiling but no they are cold too. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble by renting somewhere else. Riverpoint will never be worth the money they charge."

"Current renter. (Not for long) Been here for almost a year and there has been nothing but issues. When touring the unit before we moved in, we had to walk around dog poop on the grass. First day we moved in there was a large police presence. Within a month we had to call maintenance to fix our a/c. Dryer never worked, like there's a block in the vent? Laundry room doors fell off within a week. Apparent "condensation buildup" resulting in a bubble in the ceiling. Took two weeks to fix. Missing vent filter on stove. So many bugs no matter what. Spiders, elder bugs, centipedes. Vent fans in bathrooms barely work but extremely loud. Dead light switches in all rooms. Bad lighting in every room. Heaters not pushing air to bedrooms/bathrooms. Cabinet measurements were off so you can't open multiple drawers at once. Baseboards not flush with floor so it's exposed. Doors and windows don't fully close resulting in a draft and pests. Mold caused by leaking sinks in bathroom, was told it was "harmless strain" of mold and maintenance painted over it. From the claims of black mold from prior residents wouldn't doubt that was a lie.. Smoke alarm goes off just by using the oven. Pulling on the drawers make them break because of the sticky paint leftover from "renovations". Couldn't mount our TV because the old screws were still in the wall and just painted over. Target tenant's with legal fees for items displayed on patio or inside window seal while they allow Dog poop all over the complex, but don't worry they don't do deck checks to inconvenience you they just do it for maintenance right?feels very invasive. Construction materials blocking the only free parking spots. Abandoned cars sitting in the lot for months on end. One star is only for the other tenants that have to suffer alongside us."

"Update: Bugs. Elder beetles, all over in our kitchen. I have 4 HVAC units right outside my bedroom window which are loud. People not cleaning up after their dogs near our patio and the mailboxes. Having issues with getting paperwork management never asked for before we signed the lease. Toilets run, have to jiggle the handles. I ended up with a ground floor apartment which I requested due to being disabled and I can stand that there is no storage because it was sacrificed to allow for a wheel chair- which I do not have because I don't need. Of all the modifications made to this apartment the one thing they didn't do was a walk-in (or wheel chair accessible) shower which is the one thing I would have appreciated. I would have much rather had a non modified apartment. I haven't even been here a month and honestly I wish I hadn't chose this place. Looks can be deceiving. We were moving in when someone tried to take our hand truck. Problems with faucets, kitchen sink, fridge. This place isn't worth what they charge for rent. They ask what time works for maintenance to come by and we tell them and then maintenance shows up at a different time."

"New maintenance team helped with some pretty big water damage in our apartment. They made sure they removed any mold and everything looks great. Our Family is safe, we are thankful!"
