"This used to be a great place to live. Now the pool is never open, and the sauna, hot tub and gym arent there anymore. Your car gets tagged if you park on the street, even for a moment. Control, control, control then throw in straight up lies. Needless to say, the last few years have been terrible. I feel sorry for anyone I see moving in to these very small, overpriced mobile homes."

"Horrible place to live if I could give 0 stars I would the manger is sooooo rude and lies. She made everyone pay for the pool that needed to be fix even when we didn't agree to it. And when you want to speak to the manger she gets very Hostile and very rude. Being told that you can't have someone park anywhere inside your property that isn't covered in Concrete is absurd. And no street lights there is so little. The road they just added is a hazard so many loose rocks that someone is going to get hurt or its going to cost a lot of damages. Your always going to be told what to do and gives you so little time to do it. The issue here is that there isn't proper communication and when you go to speak to the manager she takes everything personally and almost makes you feel worthless with the tone of voice she uses and with her choices of words. We desperately need someone with great people skills and someone who know how to run the place without wanting to slice your neck off. And the parking spaces everyone is complaining about them. You are only aloud 2 cars and if want 3 you have to pay more if you have 4 cars they will tow it away. The manger Bonnie needs to be replaced, and if she does this place would be much happier, and hopefully its not her daughter i assume she is just like bonnie."

"Do nut buy here the manager is very rude. Also in the new houses they’ve just built the people that live there are constantly blasting music whenever they are outside I can’t go outside and relax in peace because the people in the new houses are always blasting music either whenever they’re outside or every Friday night they don’t stop until like 2 am you can’t sleep anymore I’m considering moving out and there is always teenagers gathering in houses god knows what they’re doing hopefully there is no dealing going on by these teenagers also little kids are always running around in the street and then they say it’s your fault when an accident happens also these new houses there are always dogs barking can’t go outside or even pass by trying to take and enjoy a walk every afternoon because either there is loose dogs or there always barking at anyone who passes by so future buyers beware"

"If you like the country living its a great place to live. Keep in mind its a mobile home park so you know there is those poeple that don't follow the rules. its funny the ones giving the reviews are the ones causing some of the Nuisance in the community. If you choose to live in a mobile home park with rules and standard follow them a lot of the people don't want to supervise there kids and pets so they let them run around with no supervision. It's the people living there and there visitors the ones that make it into a good or a bad place to live. I once used to live there and I visit every once in a while it's grown it's looking nicer more like a community and not a mobile home park."
