"I found the address in Grants Pass and was referred to the Salvation Army to hope to obtain assistance with fuel expenses for a doctors appointment with a spine specialist in Eugene. I arrived at 1pm to allow for lunch hours but, much to my dismay, there was no one there. I called the number listed and got a voice message saying their hours were from 8am to 11pm Monday through Friday, NOT THE LISTED HOURS HERE OF 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday. I am disappointed but, more than that, I’m no closer to meeting my need for assistance to get to my spine specialist which i desperately need...☹️"

"Awesome store that has reasonable prices unlike the Goodwill plus they do a 10% “Happy Hour” discount the last hour before closing as well as a senior and veterans discount so you can get some amazing deals! And they do a stamp card so you can save even more! Staff is super nice especially once they start recognizing you. Love shopping and donating here. Love how they help the community."
