"Helpful, no judgement. Solution driven. Budgeting and paperwork you'll survive it and be smiling by the end!! Debbie has a great perspective!"
"Omg. These people surprised me so much. Sharon and her co workers showed compassion and compassion for those around them. They went beyond my expectations, taking more time then scheduled, and helped me in areas typically were for other departments. I can not express my gratitude for all their time and assistance with a very difficult situation in which I’m am struggling with. I don’t find an agency where the employees are so available and willing to give me hope and actually see a light and not darkness all around. Thank you seriously - you really have no idea how one positive action can create a positive reaction !"
"Really helpful organization that provides affordable housing to more than 1,000 residents of Southern Oregon. Thanks for the work you are doing!"
"Apt building has become dangerous. Any complaints were met with anger. Being a disabled person I voiced my concern, and asked for a ground floor apt when they turned off the elevator and just never turned it back on again. After my third fall down the stairs I was forced into assisted living. Nobody seemed to care, even though I was a good tenant for three years, and had never been late on my rent."
"I live in apartments for these people and they do not answer their phones when we have emergencies. They leave us in the dark. They spent money to build a new apartments and don't fix their old ones. Our parking lot lights haven't worked for over a year in a half. So if you want to be ignored til the next day don't apply for these people. You'd be better off somewhere else."
