"I feel they have best team now that the old manager and her new boyfriend are gone. Tammy, David, Steve, and Brendan are the best staff EVER!!! They are very friendly, courteous, respectful, and I have never had one single issue with the new staff. They are prompt in taking care of things. Pay your rent, and if you can't, they give you ample opportunity to work with you, not my problem that people refuse to go and talk to management. They send plenty of notice, you on your door, in the mail, and all all you have to do is go in her office. I have not one bad thing to say about this place. I have been with this company for 13 years!"

"First off let your tenants speak second terrible place to try and work with to get moved in. Violates new oregon tenants laws by going off of credit asked for the impossible to prove things or refuses to take the proof that they ask for . You ask for third party proof for things you don't need third party proof for and then you make assumptions about someone's back ground and say they are part of the grouping of crimes against women when they are not. For fair housing you suck . Don't get me started on how rude your customer service representative is."
