"If I could give zero stars, I would. Maria is very unprofessional. We’ve been trying to put my mother in law on the lease for the last few months. We told them there would be 4 of us total but that my mother in law was in hospital. Maria said we didn’t need to put her on right away since she wasn’t moving in yet and we didn’t have a timeline when she would be home. When we finally got her home, they said she couldn’t move in because 4 people in this house is too many even though it’s a 2 bedroom house. I explained that they cannot do that because it’s against the law. They backed off a bit on that. Then just recently, we went into put mother in law on lease because the owner was supposed to contact me back in January about it and never did. We explained to them that the flooring was popping up because of my mother in laws wheelchair. We had gotten a quote from a flooring company and they said that the flooring they have down is the cheapest possible flooring and that is why the wheelchair caused it to pop up. He said it’s not my mother in laws fault even though it’s the wheelchair that’s causing issues. I told Maria about this and she got very rude and said that we should have told them that there was gonna be a wheelchair (which we did) and that they did not have to accommodate a wheelchair. That is a clear ADA violation. I have the whole thing recorded in my phone."

"Dishonest people. Repair requests don't get taken care of. They break the law about entering a home that's been rented and go in whenever they want to without 24 hour notice. They take advantage of the elderly. They are rude on the phone and are not capable of remembering conversations that happened within a couple of days. If you rent from them, you better get every conversation confirmed in writing. They lie. If I could give less than one star, I would."

"Very average experience. Limited in their rentals as well as the quality of rentals. The employees hold themselves on a high horse and put the customer service experience secondary to the monopoly they have over the customers they deal with. I would highly recommend cpm over this place. I would say this is the bottom tier of property management in Grants Pass."

"Only use these people if you want to screw people over with your rental(s) or if you’re a tenant, rent from them if you don’t mind laws being abided by- I.e. not being informed of them wanting to enter property or not wanting info regarding work coming in to be done. All laws getting broken regularly by PMP!"

"Maria and everyone down there are awesome. Never had an issue. They helped me get into my first apartment and even helped me get a better place than I originally applied for. I lived in that apartment for almost a year before moving out to move to a different state. If you're respectful of the property you'll have no problems. Forever grateful to them for taking a chance on me, having not rental history and all."
