"Advanced property management company is one of the most unprofessional agencies I have ever interacted with. I applied for a rental over a year ago. I have excellent credit l, excellent work history and excellent references. Anastasia does not even return calls. I had to work with her on an undisclosed storage situation, and she was flaky, unresponsive, and flat out unprofessional. I wonder what would happen to their business if the community rallied together to strike against them. Property owners should consider all of the bad reviews before allowing advance property management to manage their properties."

Leading people on. Then straight up ghosting them. None of that is ok. Especially the taking money part."

"They are horrible at taking care of maintenance requests. One of my windows does not sit correctly in its frame, as well as it being the original cheap window. Many of my books have become water damaged due to the constant moisture that blows through the cracks. I have been after them to do something about the window since 2021. I finally got them over here to take care of something, with permission to enter my apartment without me there (I work. Go figure.) and they couldn't enter because the key was missing at APM. I don't think any of the staff communicate. Every time I call I get a different person who doesn't know what's going on and I don't get the promised callbacks. The last person I talked to told me that maintenance is out of town and basically blamed me for the mold in my apartment due to the faulty window. Then she wanted me to drop off a copy of the key (that I paid for) so that they will have one again. If there were any other rentals in my area I would leave."

"They took over my property in july. I was renting through a private renter. She wanted to do an inspection but I was obligated to postpone it due to potential covid exposure. When they only were able to come into that house they didn't have me sign any papers or do anything and still expect me to give them rent. I have been continuing to pay it directly to my landlord. They are incompetent. They took pictures of my house with all of my stuff in it. I felt violated. I told then my concerns about the house and they have neglected to do anything about it. It has been 4 months and they have done absolutely nothing. I have been in close contact with tammy. I have told her my situation. I have applied for assistance and I am still waiting on approval and it's been over a week. I am disappointed in the services. They have jeopardize the safety of my family. Most of my possessions are damaged because of the moisture and mold. My front window is completely busted. They have neglected to help me."
