"I sold my house/ranch through these people. In the paperwork I was under obligation to reforest the property as I had logged in 3 years before selling, and it was zoned as forest.... So the century 21 agent got a quote and so did I. My quote was for 7k. The agents quote was for 20k. They told me that if I went with their quote, after the reforestation, I would receive whatever was left. So they did the job and everyone including century 21 has refused to take my calls or even call me back. Idk if they pocketed the money or the reforestation company, but the simple fact is that someone came up by $13,000 at my expense. And being that it's a small town, they cover each others butts so nobody is s held accountable for the things they do wrong. I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend these people at all. Find a different real estate company!!!"
