"A friend of mine had needed her door fixed since last Thursday her father had gone to the office and they came by to look at it the lady who came to check the door told her father that they would fix it Friday the day after he had told them about the door it's been a week since the doors been broken and it still hasn't gotten fixed they've had to dead bolt the door to get it to shut completely this is not only a health concern because of how cold it's been but a safety concern."

"My observation since I moved here as the husband of the manager. Simply in such a short time has transformed this community into something the residents of this complex and city can be very proud of in a fair and sometimes firm manner when needed all the while with a smile and a very fair attitude. I'm personally very proud of the process made. Always taking into consideration of present and future residents. Always remember management can do a lot but as with anything residents make the community what they want and or deserve. Proud of the new management keep up the good work."
